Hi, 3 glitchy problems, very frustrated: (1) I cannot update my 'invoice location', whether I choose "use my location address" or I input an address in which case it doesn't recognize or pre-populate "Toronto". (2) My main address is complete and updated long ago, yet I still get the error "To submit a proposal, update your address". (3) I cannot publish a specialized profile, system says to try again later and that it is having problems.
Ultimately, I would like to start submitting proposals so not sure between #1 and #2 what's the issue. I have purchased connects so that's not the problem

I checked this for you and was not able to replicate the issue you're experiencing. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue?
