Hello Community Gurus,
I jumped to this platform about 10 days ago. now I just found the strange thing.
When I took a proposal, the client needed some samples. So I uploaded the sample code file. But when I did it, I got an error "can't upload image - Sorry, we were unable to save your attachment."
what's this error? It means that I wouldn't upload any files in the future?
If so, how can I solve this problem?
please help me and teach me.

Where exactly are you getting this error, in Messages? Please try clearing your cache and cookies, using a different browser and let us know if you're still seeing the error. Also, note that asking for free work is a violation of Upwork ToS and you can flag a job and select this reason directly from the job post page. Please review these resources for more information on how to use our platform.

I got the error, when i took a proposal(cover letter). yeah, I cleared the cache and cookies of chrome. But it still doesn't work. May I use the different browser?
When I upload zip and png extentions, it works. But upload .txt and .html, it doesn't work.
Is it same among other freelancer or only me?

I'm receiving the same msg. If I put the file in zip format, works fine.
