Can't upload profile picture

we are a company which would like to make a profile here to offer our services as freelancers. We wanted to upload our profile image as our logo but it always gets declined. Can you help us?

Please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to upload your profile image. 
I would also like to clarify that if you would like to work as a team you will need to open an agency profile and invite your team members to join you.
