Can't verify account - please contact customer support?

Hi I'm trying to verify my account but am running into trouble. I remember trying to upload government I.D. but it did not work. Now I'm getting a message that says 'After previous attempts, you are currently not eligible to verify your location. Please contact customer support."

I can't find a way to contact customer support without being repeatedly directed to this forum. Any help would be much appreciated.
