Can’t withdraw to Japanese bank account

Hi, my withdrawal failed but I was not informed why.

The bank details are in Japanese, but the form on the upwork website will not allow me to input I Japanese characters, and I think this is the reason it got rejected.

I need help setting up my account please.

Hello. Can someone please tell me why my bank transactions are always denied? Upwork says that my bank details are incorrect but I'm pretty sure they're not.

Also, Upwork doesn't read kana characters so I tried to input romaji(alphabet) instead but still, transaction denied.

I've been losing money because of this. Please let me know what I can do.
