Can the client pays without opening new job?

One of my old clients (contract is closed) asked me for simple job (I billed him 15$) - actually I don't want to see 15$ job in my work history,- I prefer 100$-300$ jobs in my work history - can he pays me without opening new job?

Yes, your client can go to Freelancers > Past Hires > then click on the contract underneath your name. On the right there is a "Give Bonus" option where the client can pay you.

By the way - will it be calculated as "Long-term client" - if I contract was closed 6 months ago, but today he will make me bonus into closed contract, without opening new?

 No, he would have to rehire you for that.
