Can top rated freelancer remove negative comments left by clients because I refused to do free and extra work asked by clients? And if the client assigned one-star rating, can that rating be removed also? Thanks.

Yes, Top Rated Freelancers can request for the comment to be removed and also remove its effect on your JSS! 

But before you use that perk, you may want to take into account the project value also, if the project value is not very high, relative to your total earnings, it will not have a significant impact on your JSS. And you can remove the negative feedback just by refunding the entire amount you earned on that project. But refunding will not prevent the impact it may have on your JSS, it just removes the feedback from your profile. 

But if the project value is high or if you do not wish to give the client a full refund, you can use the perk!
