Can two accounts be managed from one computer?

Hi there, 

my brother wants to work in upwork, manage his account with my browser on my computer. Can he talk to his clients on my computer, can't the accounts be suspended because we both have the same IP address on our account?

Thank you for your message. Multiple users can access their Upwork account on one computer as long as they do not share their accounts with other users.
