Can you reset my job success?

I finally figured out the problem. I was not receiving notifications from job offers so I could apply or decline, within my email. They were going to junk . I have changed this now, so I will see when they arrive. So can you please remove the bad marks from my profile regarding this issue?

Are you referring to your response time?

Unfortunately we can`t reset your stats, respond back in a timely manner and you`re stats will be improved.

Joshua, your response time on job invitations doesn't impact your job success score, just your responsiveness score.
