Cancel Client Refund Request and File a Dispute

I can't find the "I do not want to approve this request and want to file a dispute" button as suggested in previous replies. I have resolved the issue with my client amicably and we're ready to move on with other projects. But I can't cancel the friend request, neither can my client too. How do we go about it.

You have to wait for a mediator. Tell the mediator when they create the area where the three of you can discuss that you've come up with a deal.

I checked your account and I was unable to find the refund request you are referring to. Could you please confirm for what contract the request was filed?
