Cancel & Refund of Membership

My membership was renewed yesterday July 15th, but I wish to cancel membership and get a refund please. I cannot find a direct email address to your accounts department to do this. Can you help please?

I have a similar question.  I purchased a set of connects today but meant to upgrade to the Pro Plan. I need assistance in refunding connects and purchasing Pro. 

Hi Gina, 

You should be able to upgrade your membership plan by visiting your Membership & Connects page (Settings > Membership & Connects), and clicking on the "View or Edit Membership Plan" button. 

Regarding your question about refunding, I have notified the Customer Support Team and they will reach out to you to assist you further.
