Cancel my payment request

Hi there, 

 

Is there anyone who can help me as support is not responsive. I would like to cancel my payment and Needs to change bank details

That's not possible as far as I know (there were same questions from time to time).

 

If money don't get through (closed account, different account holder), it'll return to your Upwork account after 8 days at most.

 

"We can trace a missing payment for you at no charge. However, you must wait eight full business days after the withdrawal date to initiate the trace."

I was actually puzzled y it did not came through as the same transaction was smooth last week, same time.

Well, if nothing changed in the bank, it could be just an unexplained delay. It happens (sometimes money arrive in a few hours, mostly under 24 hours, and occasionally a few days, at least for me).

Hmm.. yep, there's no change at all. It's odd that the receipt from Upwork is not showing the amount in pesos to be transferred, unlike previous ones that it is showing how much in pesos will be credited. Tsk
