Cancel withdraw

Helloo, I connected my paypal and after some weeks my PayPal is suspended. I forgot the withdrawal initiated time and today I saw an email the withdrawal is already initiated. How can I cancel it please?

I checked, and it looks like the transaction was successfully processed. Unfortunately, in this case, we can no longer cancel the transaction. Please contact Paypal so that they can look into this for you.
