Canceled Membership and Refund

Not sure if this is where I am to put this.

 I was just charged today for my plan and havent been able to gain any work during these times. I have canceled and would like a refund of the 14.99 to my credit card since it was charged today and canceled today. Let me know if you need any other info from me.
