Canceled membership and still charged

I cancelled my membership with upwork. then I was charged another month for a membership I already canceled. How do I get that money back as well as the fees for making my account negative?

I cancel My membership last month and I still was charge, I want my money back, it has been impossible to get a number to call an put the claim, When I mean cancel is that I don't want to have any relation with Up work, I'm really  angry I feel that I'm a hostage of this company.
