Cancelled Contract

Hi,

My client and I had differences on how we will create the solution to the project and so we agreed to just cancel the contract and refund to him the escrow. Will this affect my JSS?

Probably.

"Nothing paid" contracts can rarely be classified as "successful."

It sounds as if your discussions with your client led them to go a different route, so you provided consulting services. Ask them if you can bill 10 minutes or a token amount to avoid the hit on your JSS.

You're right. I should have suggested it to my client. But there's nothing I can do now since the contract has been cancelled already. Thanks
