I upgraded my account to a paid membership but I just changed my mind and I'd like to submit a refund request if possible. Please let me know if I can get a full refund.. I already cancelled my account though, thanks.
In your Membership & Connects page, you will see that the new membership plan will take effect on December 3. This means that the additional connects you received when you shifted to a Freelancer Plus plan will remain intact, and can be used from now until December 2.
Come December 3, the cancellation will take effect, and you will be shifted to a Freelancer Basic plan, with 60 connects per month.
