I am having issue accessing my messages right now. I have tried from both my app and web. The problem occured as I was talking to a client and hasn't been resolved yet.
I tried following with the help article and cleared my cookie and cache history.
Is there a way to tell if there is a problem with the account in the first place?

I cannot access my messages. Previous messages in the forum tell me that the issue has been going on all night.
