Hey there!
I've been trying to lift my 'Private' status this morning, and when I clicked on 'Contact Customer Support', I was told that a request had been sent to Upwork. The only thing is, I didn't actually write out any message; all I did was click a button.
When I tried to contact customer support by going to the Help page and clicking on Get Help, I went through a series of questions until I was told to contact the community. There were no options to talk to customer support.
Any ideas? All cookies and history were recently cleared.

Hi Rebecca,
Your profile was set to private due to not having earned in the last 30 days. Please check this announcement, and refer to the notification sent to you about your profile visibility status. You can change the status of your profile on your Find Work page and hover your mouse pointer on visibility for options to have your profile switched to public. We have also updated your profile to public as well.
