I tried to submit a proposal but it kept saying I don't have enough proposal. I have 28, and the clients does not require Connect. If there is a hold, please someone help me lift it.
Also, it is ridiculous that Upwork don't have a customer service representative. What is the point of taking 20% of my earning if Upwork does not use that money to pay someone help their own clients? I probably lose that bid already since I have to take 20 minutes to figuring out the solution. 🙂
