Cannot Update Address

I am attempting to update my address in my profile and it will not update. I was attempting to contact support, but this is where it sent me so appologies if this is not the correct method.

But you need a profile photo of YOU on your profile.

Someone from Upwork will probably be along to help with the address stuff.
