Cannot accept the invitation

Hi 

I am not able to accept an invitation. When I click on submit, it just says something went wrong. can anyone help me with this problem?

If you can't accept the invitation, it's likely the job has already been given to another freelancer or has been closed, either by the client or by Upwork. I've had situations where I got an invitation and before I could even accept it, someone else had been hired. Don't sweat it, just move on to the next one.
