Cannot add Billing Method (Card)

Hello,

I have been trying to add my debit and credit card (mastercard) as billing method on Upwork but I am unable to add them.

One of the same card was previously used to purchase membership on my Agency account.

I have tried multiple other card and none of them are working and i am certain that the issue is not from my side.

Can admin please help me resolve this issue?
