Cannot add my local bank account

Hey,
I have tried adding my local bank account (Indian) from the app as well as several browsers and still cannot manage to add it neither with the bank code nor manually.
Kindly offer assistance as soon as possible.

Hey Goran,
Thanks for replying.
When I add using the bank code, it says bank not found and when I try to enter it manually then the next button is active.
The snapshots are attatched.
