Cannot log in to Upwork time tracker

Hello Upwork helpdesk, 

Could you please help me with an issue log in Upwork time tracker? It shows "An unknown error has occured" when I log in by both username or email. See attached image. 

I am using MacOs. The Upwork time tracker version is 5.6.10.7.
