Cannot login on mobile app

today I deleted the mobile app (iPhone) by mistake and reinstalled it, but cannot login

I can login on my browser with no issues, however when I try to login on the app with the same email and password it gives me a message saying "it looks like you are having trouble logging in"

I have enabled verification via mobile app and it was working fine, but got this message when the app was reinstalled. And since app verification is enabled, I cannot access all services since they ask for verification


when I click "proceed" on the same screen, it asks me to answer several questions, some of which I cannot answer (ex: it asks me to enter my credit card number but I never connected my credit card to my account) so I can't proceed

please help

after a few tries i was able to login on the app successfully so I think the issue is resolved
