Cannot open messages

When I open messages, I only see a spinning icon and a silly "Did you know?". Tried from multiple IPs and seems it does not depend on a country.

 

Somebody else seeing the same?

I found out that a Chrome plugin "uBlock Origin" caused the issue. Looks like they are updating automatically and some of recent updates were broken.

Same here for the past 2 days, but only in Firefox.

In Chrome and Edge they open normally.

Edge worked!

Chrome still not working. Looks like Upwork messed up with cookies or whatever is inside of browsers.

I disabled uBlock on Firefox (didn't had it installed on Chrome/Edge), and messages work now, thanks!

i have this same issue and have no ad blocking plugin.  it has been frustrating for over a year and Upwork tech support has not helped at all.

 

.. and, yes, i have cleared the cache....
