It seems as if I've been block from receiving job invitations. Can you please fix this, I'm not able to find any support info on how to fix this.
I realizes that I had receive a job invitaion from someone else about a month ago but did not accept. I tried to decline now but don't see option to. I only see that the invitaion is expired and has bee narchived.
Please help.
Thanks in advance.

What makes you think that you have somehow been blocked? I just checked and your profile comes up just fine and can be invited.

Thanks for replying Petra.
An agency was trying to send me an invitation for a job last night but it told her that I have an open offer. So when I checked it saw that the invitaion was expired and has been archived. So I told the agency, they tried resending and had the same issue.
So if possible Petra could you send over a test invite and see if it actaully goes through on your end?

Oh I see, an agency wants to make you an exclusive agency member? I would most strongly suggest you don't go for that. Why would you hand over your entire freelancing career to an agency?
All you need to do istell the agency you want to be a "NON EXCLUSIVE" agency member, not an exclusive one.
The invite will go through and the agency will be able to add you to the agency.
You really don't want to be an exclusive agency freelancer, it has NO advantages for you, only disadvantages.

Wow thanks for the clarification about all that. I simply thought it would be easier to get a job through an agency I didn't know it had its disadvantages.
So is it that once your exclusive to the agency they collect funds on you behalf and take percentage each time funds are paid?
BTW, were you able to successfully send the invitation without issues?

I don't have an agency, so I would not be able to send you an invite to be an exclusive agency freelancer.
If you are exclusive to an agency you can't work independently at all, the agency controls which jobs you get and decides how much (and if..) they pay you.
If you do want to join the agency, make sure you join as a non exclusive agency member, NOT an exclusive one.

What makes you think anyone is trying to invite you? You created your profile 4 days ago and have no history yet...

You need to get up to speed on how the platform works real quick. If you receive an invitation from somebody, don't tell them you have an open offer. You never had an open offer, you just received an invitation. Even if you had 10 offers, you don't need to decline any of them, if they are small jobs and you are able to do them all.
Don't worry about invites at all. Any invitation you receive as a newbie without a history will have to be taken with a grain of salt, as many people target newbies because they are inexperienced.
