Cannot set up the payment method

Hello Support Team, I am using my agency bank account details to set up the payment method but it is not accepting. I have added the PAN CARD / Adhaar Card details and also the GST Number already but still, I am facing issues in the same. Please help me into this as I need to escrow my payments from the Upwork balance.
