When you go to your proposal page on your desktop/laptop browser, is the page unresponsive? Does this happen when you try clearing your cache, or if you try accessing the page through another browser?

Thanks for your information. It happened immediately after I submitted last 2 connects. Is it a rule of Upwork? Because I just bought 5 more connects and then I can go to the proposal page normally.
