Cant Contact upwork support

A colleague of my can"t contact upwork support as it redirect him to upwork job feeds sombody please help........

That means Upwork is not interested in further cooperation with your friend.

He would be best advised to establish himself on another platform.

Those funds will be sent to him or refunded back to the client depending on the nature of or the reason for the suspension.
