Hi, I am also trying to log in to my account via the phone app using my email address which i signed up as, but it doesn't seem to work. How do i know what is my user to log in?

Hi Eileen,

Are you using the same email address as you registered with your Upwork account? Alternatively, you can use your User ID that you can find by clicking on the round picture in the upper right corner of your profile. Your User ID will show next to Logout.
