Cant read community message

I asked a question here at the community, the response didn't help so I was asked to PM the person that answered. I did, got an answer and now when I try to look at that answer, I get this:

I checked and it looks like you just recently signed up as a Community member from this account and I couldn't fine any previous posts or private messages on this account. Do you have a link to the post you are referring to?
