I entered the Card number instead of my acct number I clicked the Get Paid Button few hours ago... how to get back my balance here in upwork?

Thank you for your message. I have checked the transaction you're referring to and it's been successful on our end. Please note that once a payment has been processed it can no longer be intercepted. If there's an issue with your payment method, the funds will automatically be returned back to your Upwork account.
