Category of UI design job (In reference of large contract qualification for top rated plus)

I am a UI designer and just wanted to know what will be a large contract amount for me to specify as a Top-rated plus. 

I have read that page with a list for all categories. 

It say 5k for Designs and creativity.

But when I search for other freelancers on Upwork UI Design is listed under Web Mobile and Software development. 

which has a limit of 15k

So can someone tell me what will be large contract amount for my UI design job?
