It has been more than a week since I uploaded my certificate for verification and still it is showing as verification pending. What is the procedure to get it verified as soon as possible?

do it with credly. that is what I did. it takes no time

The only way is to be patient. If you are sure that the requested documents are valid and correspond then wait.
