Certificate in my profile has not been updated.

Although the certificate has been approved by Upwork more than a week ago, it is still not visible to the public. When I view my profile from another account I see this issue and every time I log on to Upwork, it asks me to add certifications while I have added them already.

I checked and can confirm the certification you're referring to is showing on your profile, including the public view. Please note that you're getting these requests to add more information to your profile because it is currently only 40% complete.
