Certificate of Earning for past 3 years

Hi, 
I have been working since last 3 years.  I need certificate of earning for last 3 years and i am not able to choose dates. I get only past year record. Can anyone help me to download past 3 years record.

Hi Pooja,

The Certificate of Earnings report calculates your earnings for the past one, three, six, and twelve months. The date ranges cannot be adjusted. You can check this help article for more information.

So how do we get them for past years?  How is this an okay policy?

Hi Marcelo,

Please note that the Certificate of Earnings is only available for the past year (12 calendar months). You can, however, use your Transaction History report for any period of time and download the payment information there. Let us know if you have any further questions.

I am in a similar situation, I didn't download my earning certificates for Past Years. Now I need them for support of my Visa application. First thing, a yearly certificate must be auto-generated and sent to the freelancer's email. I am not sure why this is a difficult job to implement. Your employers send you early earning certificates. Now I am stuck with last year's certificate only and I have been inactive on the platform and got practically none in this year's certificate. Can the support team generate one for you? Invoices won't work for my case, as I need this in a certificate format.
