Certificate of Earnings Question - Pt. 74536

Hello community, thanks in advance for your help.

I have a question regarding the certificate of earnings page. Where the page says "It does not contain or include service fees", does this mean that the report shows... 

- The number after fees/with fees deducted (not including fees in total earnings)?

- Or is it the number without fees included in total earnings (not deducting for fees)?

It seems as though this language could be interpreted either way - just wanted to clarify and make sure I have things right. Thanks again.

Find work > My stats > 12 months earnings. There it is clearly explained if you click on the question mark.

Read the certificate of earnings as "How much I have really been paid by Upwork" (after fees)
