Certificate still pending and privileges revoked?

My niece has submitted her google certificates to upwork but they are still pending for verification for over a week. She also tells me that she can't access any ticket requests and everytime she tries to post a question here, she gets something about not having enough privileges to post a thread or anything. She would really like it if someone contacted her and clarified her issues. Please reply if you can help.
