Certification Approval seriuos problem
I've joined ODesk at the beginning of the February and I encountered an issue when I tried to add my certification info to my profile. I've performed all required actions - I went to my oracle account and shared my certitfications to Odesk using special email. But it has been already 2(!) months but my certification status is still "Pending"..
All of my support requests, including live chats, were unsuccessfull. Polite helpdesk operators said that all right and I must wait for a while, despite I provided them with a screensots which prove the fact I really sent my credentials to the ODesk.
Why does it take so much time? How long will I have to wait?
