Certification of Earnings

Hi there, I would need help to create my certificate of earnings for the month of August. However, every time I click on Report > Certificate of earnings, the platform generates a document saying I earned money since 2019, whereas I created an account on this platform in July 2020.

So, basically I need to understand how to create a certificate of earning from 08/01/2020 - 08/31/2020?

Hi Melanie,

The Certificate of Earnings report calculates your earnings for the past one, three, six, and twelve months based on the date selected. The date ranges cannot be adjusted. For more information, please check out this help article.
