Change Get Paid method

I want to change my payment method from Payoneer to bank transfer, but I can't do it. Both methods are not active yet, but I want to delete the payoneer and only keep the bank transfer method. Can someone please tell why I don't have the option for the  Payoneer to Edit/Remove. You have the screenshot attached here. Thank you beforehand.

In order to remove Payoneer account, you will need to contact Payoneer customer support to disconnect your card from Upwork, after this contact our Customer support and our team will assist you further. Thank you!
