Hello Upwork friends!
My VAT number was approved last week, however, by mistake I have put it without country letters in before. I contacted support a few days ago, but no answer yet. Will it be correct way if I remove the current one by myself and then I add the new one? I need to fix it urgently in order to have the correct VAT number in my invoices as well. Could you advise please?

Hi,
I need help with exactly the same thing. I also wrote my VAT number without the country letters and now VAT is incomplete on my invoices. I have no option to request a support ticket or get any other contact from the Upwork. Can you please help me on how to address this issue?

Thank you for your quick reply.
I tried the Help&Support link in the menu before, but it only takes me to support articles with no option for "active" support. And I can't send a request from there either, I can only view requests.
