Change contract catagory type.

I'm working with this contract

Currently its job category does not match the project. I have contacted the customer, but they do not know how to change the category.

How can my customers do this?

If the contract is ongoing - no changes are possible.

Last time, other guys told me when we raise a ticket and upwork can check and help to edit. But now i can't open the new ticket.
