Change of name

Hi. I am trying to change my name on upwork. I need it to be my complete name. I go to settings and click on the pencil to edit my information and it doesn't allow me to change anything under that section. I cleared my cookies and cache, I restarted my computer, tried another browser, attempted to it do on the app and nothing has worked if somebody could please help me!
