Change payoneer account

Hi, there.
I am going to change my payoneer account because the old one have problem. My payoneer account is already disconnected from upwork by payoneer support.
So I am going to add my new payoneer account to upwork site. But now I can't add my payoneer account because it still remains in setting/get paid. What can I do?
