Change the UserID

Hi,

My first intention was to create a team account for my firm and I didn't know I can't to that.

I learned from your help center that I need to create an agency for that.

I want to change my user id if possible, because I want to use this user id for my agency.

Hi George,

Unfortunately, users can't change their registered user ID. However, you don't need to do it since Agency profiles don't require a separate user ID, only a name which will be displayed on the Agency profile.

It is not about the name sir. It is about the profile SEO. I also need to change my user ID it was a mistake. To customer support helps out if you have a unique ID and you are sure that is not going to be in the database.

As Vladimir mentioned in his post, unfortunately the username/UserID can't be changed. Thank you.
