Change to your Upwork profile "Private" & Locked

Upwork changing Profile Visibility status to "Private" & Locked. My Recent Transactions, earning available on Dec 6, 2016, Invoice for 11/20/2017-11/26/2017 looking from upwork report section.  I stared again appling to new jobs as pr upwork wish,  work in progress 5:50 hours of work in this week. Where is the customer support, Please fix this to "Public" ASAP
