Changing email address failed

Hi! I've changed my email address in Settings > Account > Email. I can see that the edits saved correctly but I still receiving upwork's emails in my old address. How can I solve this?

Hi Cecilia,

 

When you change your email, there will be a notification sent to the new email address requesting that you confirm the said changes. After you verified ownership of the new email address, all notifications will then be sent to the new email moving forward.

Hi Joanne, thanks to reply! Well, there was something strange because I changed my email address some days ago and after sending this post I received your reply in my new account. But, I haven't received the email about the rising talent program. I read a pop up when I signed in upwork that I have been promoted to that program so I have to fill out something they have sent me to my email but I haven't received it. Could you help me with this?
